To return Online Gift Card, follows below steps:
1. After login, Click “Online Gift Card” located on the bottom menu bar.
2. Click “RETURN” button.
3. Swipe gift card or enter gift card number manually on Gift Card Number text box.
4. The return confirmation will appear. The application will accept both redeemed and unused gift card. Click “Yes” to continued to payment page. Click “No” to cancel return.
Remark: the disabled Online Gift Card can not be returned.
