Click <strong>Loyalty<\/strong>, then enter the customer&#8217;s phone number on the separate window and click <strong>DONE<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14067 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/b6a3e1db-redeem_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"370\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>3. On the loyalty account information window, click <strong>REDEEM<\/strong> to use available reward (1.00 reward = $1.00)<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14071 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/4150e5f1-redeem_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"513\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">**Note: To redeem for a specific amount, please create a manual split payment with the desired amount first**<\/span><\/p><p>4. If the redeem reward amount does not cover the entire balance, click <strong>Yes<\/strong> to continue to redeem or click <strong>No<\/strong> to cancel the reward redeem<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14069 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/c756194d-redeem_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p><p>5. The redeemed reward will show as a tendered payment, if redeemed reward does not cover the entire balance, click <strong>CLOSE<\/strong> to close the loyalty account widow and continue with payments as needed to close the order<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14072 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/a6007cd5-redeem_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"513\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">**Note: <strong>SIGN OUT<\/strong> and then sign in with another account is not allowed unless the redeemed reward is removed by <strong>Remove Payment<\/strong>**<\/span><\/p><p>6.
