On <strong>ORDER RECALL<\/strong>, select an order then click <strong>RE-OPEN ORDER<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14090 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/e451642f-close_order_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"508\" height=\"326\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>2. After the confirmation of reopening the order, click <strong>PAY<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14091 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/18a34bf5-close_order_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"328\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>3. On the pay screen, click <strong>Loyalty<\/strong> then sign in with the intended customer&#8217;s loyalty account<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14092 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/20eda16e-close_order_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"509\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p><p>4. On the loyalty account information window, click <strong>UPDATE LOYALTY POINTS <\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">**Customer will not receive the points if <strong>UPDATE LOYALTY POINTS<\/strong> is not clicked**<\/span><\/p><p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14093 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/356ba447-close_order_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"371\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>5. The points and reward will be updated, then click <strong>CLOSE<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14094 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/132b4a34-close_order_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"509\" height=\"368\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>6. Click <strong>Close Check<\/strong>, and the process is now completed<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14095 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/66beeb8b-close_order_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79a2852 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"79a2852\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Order already closed with unintended loyalty account or wanted to change to a different loyalty account<\/h3><p>1. Similar to the previous case, reopen the order then go to pay screen and click <strong>Loyalty<\/strong> to open the loyalty account information window, then click <strong>SIGN OUT<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14096 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/022af3e5-change_account_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"517\" height=\"374\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>2. The confirmation will appear, click <strong>Yes<\/strong> to confirm signing out the current loyalty account and the earned points\/reward from this order will be deducted from the account immediately<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14097 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/05aa7aee-change_account_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p><p>3. Click <strong>Loyalty<\/strong>, then sign in with the intended loyalty account<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14098 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/75eeddf8-change_account_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p><p>4. Confirm that the correct account is signed in, then click <strong>UPDATE LOYALTY POINTS<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14099 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/22b9086c-change_account_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"370\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>5. The points and reward will be updated, then click <strong>CLOSE<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14100 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/eeac4537-change_account_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"373\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>6. Click <strong>Close Check<\/strong>, and the process is now completed<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14095 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/66beeb8b-close_order_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"508\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47fbfb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47fbfb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Order already closed with loyalty points earned, but later the order got adjusted that the previous balance is different from the current balance<\/h3><p>Currently, if the order is reopened and balance is adjusted that it necessary to remove the old payments and\/or make additional payment with new balance, the loyalty points will not be updated automatically. This may cause the loyalty account to receive points more or less than intended amount.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">**Note: Tax, service charge, delivery charge, extra charge, and gratuity changes will not affect the points earned. Only sub total, discounts, and redeemed reward changes will affect the earning**<\/span><\/p><p>1. After closing the order with new balance(usually automatically closed after paid), go to <strong>ORDER RECALL<\/strong> then select the order and click <strong>RE-OPEN ORDER<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14101 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/d1a281ff-new_balance_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"515\" height=\"333\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>2. Go to pay screen, click <strong>Loyalty<\/strong> to open loyalty account information window, then click <strong>UPDATE LOYALTY POINTS<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14102 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/b1455d9b-new_balance_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"370\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>3. Wait until the process is complete (may take more than couple seconds to complete)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14103 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/edeb5e8a-new_balance_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p><p>4. The points and reward will be updated, then click <strong>CLOSE<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14104 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/d6477ff9-new_balance_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"373\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>5. Click <strong>Close Check<\/strong>, and the process is now completed<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14105 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/24585ff3-new_balance_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cfeac1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cfeac1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Void order with loyalty account signed in<\/h3><p>Simply void an order while a loyalty account is signed in will automatically deduct the points\/reward, that earned from this order, from the account.<\/p><p>In a rare case, you may run into an issue where one customer using the same loyalty account on 2 orders on the same day in this scenario:<\/p><ul><li>Order#1 the customer earned enough points that then converted into redeemable reward<\/li><li>Order#2 the same customer redeemed the reward to cover the order&#8217;s balance<\/li><li>For some reasons, Order#1 has an issue that the customer requested for a refund<\/li><\/ul><p>In this case, after voiding the Order#1, the POS will display this error message<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14120 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2024\/03\/2f752243-special-case_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"368\" \/><\/p><p>Which means the loyalty account will not get points\/reward that earned from the order deducted from the account.<\/p><p>If the customer is also request to refund the Order#2 as well, the redeemed reward will also be returned to the account.
