Create Schedule<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Go to the <\/span>Employee Schedule<\/b> page. The page is accessible through\u00a0 <\/span>mycloudreport.com<\/span><\/a> or <\/span>dashboard.intellisoftoncloud.com<\/span><\/a> or through the POS.

  2. Click on “+”<\/strong> button to bring up Add Schedule<\/strong> window.

  3. Select and choose the followings to suit the needs:
    <\/span>– Employee Name<\/strong>
    – Schedule Date<\/strong>
    – Time Start, Time End<\/strong>
    – Break<\/strong> (Must setup Break Templates first)
    – Display Color<\/strong>
    – Schedule Repeat Option
    <\/strong>– Schedule Note<\/strong>

  4. Click Save<\/strong> to add the schedule to calendar.

    1. On the Employee Schedule<\/strong> page, click on a schedule.

    2. Edit to suit the needs, then click Save<\/strong>.

      1. On the Employee Schedule<\/strong> page, click on a schedule.

        Note: A schedule with time card(the employee already clocked in for the schedule) will not be able to remove.<\/span>
