Break Type (Break Template)<\/h3>
  1. Click the <\/span>3 dots<\/b> icon, then select <\/span>Edit Break Template.

  2. Set the following parameters to suit the needs:
    – Break Name<\/strong>
    – Enable Break<\/strong>: ON<\/strong> == can be added to a schedule; OFF<\/strong> == not appear in Break list when adding a break to the schedule
    – Require Break<\/strong>: ON<\/strong> == cannot clock out without completing break attestation<\/strong>, if enabled; OFF<\/strong> == can clock out whether or not the break has been taken
    – Paid category<\/strong>: Unpaid<\/strong> == break time is not added to the working hour; Paid<\/strong> == break time is added to the working hour
    – Default break time<\/strong>
    – Allow early End Break<\/strong>: ON<\/strong> == enables employees to end their break before its full duration; OFF<\/strong> == prevents ending a break before its full duration
    – End Break Grace Period<\/strong>: allows employees to end their break when specified minutes left before its full duration Note: This option is available on when Allow early End Break is OFF<\/span><\/li>
  3. Click Edit<\/strong> to save the break setting.
