On Refund window, enter refund reason and refund amount.<\/p><p>3. Select Refund method: Cash or Credit Card if available, see <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/credit-card-payment-feature\/\">CREDIT CARD PAYMENT<\/a><\/span>.<\/p><p>4. Click \u201c<strong>DONE<\/strong>\u201d button when finish.<\/p><p>5.
