To close server bank, follow below steps:<\/p><p>1. The authorized employee clicked \u201c<strong>MORE<\/strong>\u201d button and click \u201c<strong>CLOSE SERVER<\/strong>\u201d button. The Close Server Bank dialog box will show up and display Server Name differently as follows:<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3866 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Capture2-4.png\" alt=\"close server bank\" width=\"507\" height=\"613\" srcset=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2020\/07\/Capture2-4.png 507w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/4soft-web-storage\/2020\/07\/Capture2-4-248x300.png 248w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 507px) 100vw, 507px\" \/><\/p><p>\u2756 If the logged on employee has permission to Start and Close Server Bank for other, the dialog box will show all Server name.<\/p><p>\u2756 If the logged on employee is in employee group setting Use Server Bank, the dialog box will show his name.<\/p><p>\u2756 If the logged on employee is not in employee group setting Use Server Bank, and he has no permission to Start and Close Server Bank for other, the dialog box will not show Server name.<\/p><p>A server who is already closed his server bank, his name will show in grey and undetectable.<\/p><p>2. Select desired Server name.<\/p><p>\u2756 Click \u201c<strong>CONFIRM<\/strong>\u201d button if you want to close a server bank.<\/p><p>\u2756 Click \u201c<strong>CANCEL<\/strong>\u201d button if you don\u2019t want to close a server bank.<\/p><p><strong>Remark:<\/strong> <em>The restaurant can set to \u2018Auto Clock-Out after close Server bank\u2019. <\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If Server Bank feature is enabled, each authorized server has to close his opening server bank against his shift.
