All opened cashier banks, server banks, and driver banks (both delivery driver dispatcher and delivery driver bank) must be closed before performing close day.<\/p><p>To close day, there are two approaches, the first approach is for restaurant not using integrated credit card feature which can follow below steps:<\/p><p>1. The authorized employee clicked \u201c<strong>MORE<\/strong>\u201d button and click \u201c<strong>CLOSE DAY<\/strong>\u201d button, the Close Day dialog box showing today business date, will show up.<\/p><p>2. Click \u201c<strong>CONFIRM<\/strong>\u201d button, the button for creating order will be disabled. In order to take effect on other work station, user must reLogin on those work station.<\/p><p>3. Click \u201c<strong>CANCEL<\/strong>\u201d button if you want to cancel close day.<\/p><p>The second approach is for restaurant using integrated credit card feature which can follow below steps:<\/p><p>1. The authorized employee clicked \u201c<strong>MORE<\/strong>\u201d button and click \u201c<strong>CLOSE DAY<\/strong>\u201d button, the \u201c<strong>CLOSE BATCH<\/strong>\u201d page will open and show list of credit card transaction(s) in current batch.<\/p><p>2. Review your integrated credit card transactions to ensure everything is all right.<\/p><p>3. Click \u201c<strong>CLOSE BATCH<\/strong>\u201d button to continue close day process. The confirm dialog box will show up.<\/p><p>\u2756 Click \u201c<strong>YES<\/strong>\u201d to confirm. The close batch being processed dialog box will show up and report the result.<\/p><p>\u2756 Click \u201c<strong>OK<\/strong>\u201d button against Close Batch result dialog box. The Close Day dialog box showing today business date will show up.<\/p><p>4. Click \u201c<strong>CONFIRM<\/strong>\u201d button, the button for creating order will be disabled. In order to take effect on other work station, user must reLogin on those work station.<\/p><p>5.
