(users can adjust KDS setting in the future version)<\/li><li><b>Order Summary<\/b> &#8211; KDS displays Unbump items quantity summary of every order type. <a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/order-summary-feature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Learn More<\/span><\/a><\/li><li><strong>Item Summary<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0KDS displays Unbump items quantity summary that the users have selected. <a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/item-summary-feature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Learn More<\/span><\/a><\/li><li><strong>Item Status Update<\/strong> &#8211; Users can update item status to &#8220;<b>Not Start<\/b>,&#8221; &#8220;<b>Cooking<\/b>&#8221; or &#8220;<b>Bumped<\/b>&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/how-to-update-order-item-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Learn More<\/span><\/a><\/li><li><b>Order Navigator<\/b> &#8211; Users can use <strong>Left<\/strong> and <strong>Right<\/strong> buttons to navigate and select order. The highlight will appear on the selected order.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16.5px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Item Navigator<\/span> &#8211; Users can use <strong>Up<\/strong> and <strong>Down<\/strong> button to navigate and select an item <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">within the selected order<\/span>. The highlight will appear on the selected item.<\/li><li><strong>Add On<\/strong> &#8211; Single check number may contain multiple orders submitted from POS at different times. There are 5 different order types submitted from POS.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/kitchen-display-system-order-type\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Learn More<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Sequence Number<\/strong> &#8211; The number indicates the remaining order on the kitchen screen. A higher number means newer submitted orders from POS. However, when users bump the order, the last sequence number will be decreased.<\/li><li><b>Customer Name\u00a0<\/b>\/ Table Number(Dine In) &#8211; Dine-In order type will display table number. To Go, Pickup, Delivery, and Bar Tab will display customer name.<\/li><li><b>Check Number <\/b>&#8211; Check number from POS; the number format may change depends on the POS setting.<\/li><li><strong>Employee Name<\/strong> &#8211; The employee name who submitted the order to Kitchen.<\/li><li><strong>Timer<\/strong> &#8211; Once the order appears on the kitchen screen, the timer will start counting. The timer will affect the order waiting time&#8217;s color. <a href=\"https:\/\/4softpos.com\/index.php\/kb\/order-timer-and-color-coded-waiting-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Learn More<\/span><\/a><\/li><li><strong>Ordered Time<\/strong> &#8211; Indicate the time that the order was submitted from POS.<\/li><li><strong>Customer Information<\/strong> &#8211; This section will be displayed depending on the order type. <strong>Delivery<\/strong> order type displays customer name, phone number, and address. Pick Up order type displays only customer name and phone number. Dine-In, Togo, and Bar Tab don&#8217;t display customer information.<\/li><li><strong>Kitchen Note<\/strong> &#8211; The special request from customer input from POS or Online Ordering services.<\/li><li><strong>Item Quantity<\/strong> &#8211; Total number of items submitted from POS.<\/li><li><strong>Item name and Price<\/strong> &#8211; Item name and price submitted from POS.<\/li><li><strong>Item Modifier<\/strong> &#8211; Selected modified item submitted from POS. In case of order from online ordering, the customer special request may appear in this section.
