Enroll new Customers to the Loyalty Program with F4 Loyalty Enrollment App

To Enroll a Customer:

1. Open the application, then enter the appropriate credentials and click Let’s Get Started

Please refer to this link: How to Find the Credentials to Board and Sign In to the Loyalty Enroll App

2. Enter the customer’s information on the following fields:

  • NAME (Required on both First Name and Last Name)
  • MOBILE PHONE (Required)
  • EMAIL (Optional)
  • BIRTHDAY (Optional)
  • ANNIVERSARY (Optional)
  • SEND SPECIALS (Required at least one enabled)

then click Enroll Me Today

3. The app will display Success banner on the top of the screen, and the customer is now enrolled to the program and ready to earn points immediately
