How it Works
During the day, the kitchen staff may accidentally bump an order from the kitchen screen. This problem can be solved by using the Order Recall feature.
Order Recall feature brings back a bumped order to the same position and same order sequence. The recall will include items status, ordered time, order waiting-time color, and the timer will resume counting.
Note – Order Recall feature cannot recall Voided order.
How to Recall Order
1. Click the Order Recall button on the bottom toolbar. The recall popup will appear.
2. Use the navigator button to select the order to recall.
3. Click Recall Order button to recall the selected order.
4. Recalled order will be at the same position, and the KDS will select the recalled order.
*** Note: The recall order list will be cleared at the restaurant’s open time. Meaning that the kitchen staff cannot recall yesterday’s order EXCEPT future order from POS or Online platform. Click Here to learn how to change restaurant open time.
